• The steps we take to paint a house include: High pressure chemical wash to remove salt build-up and exterior dirt and mildew, Wrap all decks with canvas drop cloths etc., remove all old existing paint (new paint is only as good as the paint underneath. Unlike other companies we remove all of it), use top quality primer applied with a brush, caulk all windows and any necessary areas and finish coat using top quality coating.
